Here are our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, Cancellation, and Replacement policies for your reference. 

At Only Sports Global, we strive for constant improvement, and over the years, these policies have been enhanced, revised, and upgraded periodically. SHIPPING POLICY:
 
DOMESTIC:
We use third-party shippers and are hence governed by Terms & Conditions of such logistic partners. Not compromising on quality, focus is to team up with reliable partners who are best in the industry with widest reach across India. Our effort will be to ship – 2 to 5 business days. Custom orders shipping times will vary and customers will be informed of the status and timelines, kindly please write to contactus@onlysportsglobal.com for any queries. Shipment details will be shared immediately on despatch for necessary tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL:
We use third-party shippers and, as a result, are governed by the Terms & Conditions of these logistic partners. Customs fees vary from country to country, and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover these charges. Our goal is to ship within 2 to 5 business days. Custom orders shipping times will vary and customers will be informed of the status and timelines, kindly please write to contactus@onlysportsglobal.com. We have teamed up with DHL, our reliable partners who are known for their industry-leading services with the widest global reach.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY: While we do our best to ensure quality products and quick shipping, Any product not found to your satisfaction may be returned to us. Please fill the refund form within 2 days of product receipt with the reasoning and necessary pictures/photographs/unboxing video. Upon approval, please ship out the products to the below address such that we receive within 14 days of receipt with all packing/labels/tags exactly in as-received intact unused condition. We will be happy to refund your money, excluding postage.

Company reserves the right to inspect and assess item returned for exchange; which if failing to meet above criteria may be sent back as-is.

Customs/Customs duties for International returns should be borne by the customer for both shipping and returns. We strongly recommend informing our team before initiating return for easier tracking, faster turnaround and minimal errors. 

UNBOXING VIDEO: Safeguard your ordered goods against transit damages Do make an unboxing video while accepting deliveries to ensure you have received your goods in good shape, just the way you had imagined! 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Of course, we’re not happy when you cancel orders. But we do understand there are times these may be placed inadvertently, or there is a change of mind. There are 3 stages when an order is placed and when cancellations are possible – 
• Order placed (Cancellation Possible – please email/call)
• Order processing (Cancellation Possible – please email/call) 
• Shipped (Cancellation not Possible) In case you beat us to cancelling your order before we ship it, we’ll be happy to cancel.

Do make sure to contact Mon-Sat 9 AM – 6 PM through phone/ whatsapp for cancellation. Emails are sometimes not fast enough. We’re off Sundays and National Holidays – no shipments, hence no cancellations on these days.
